Just amazing!

Just amazing! As someone who used to lived on a boat w/ access to the freshest fish, I can attest that this fish is not only fresh, but it's texture and flavor ranks among the best I've eaten. While the price point may seem high, if you remember that it's sashimi grade, it's actually quite reasonable. Give it a shot! It's a game changer!

Ora King Salmon is perfect every time - no matter how it is prepared. Sashimi style is tender and so very fresh... or any of the many ways I have cooked this salmon, it turns out perfectly every time. Not fishy. Just a perfect texture and fresh tasting. Love it!
