Will my seafood arrive fresh or frozen?
Your seafood will be delivered snap frozen on dry ice. Your seafood will be snap-frozen with liquid nitrogen at peak freshness to lock in its flavor, nutrients and texture until you're ready to enjoy it. Unlike seafood at the grocery store that can be sitting out for unknown lengths of time or thawed on arrival - gradually degrading in quality and flavor until it’s purchased.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
Your fish arrives frozen in an eco-friendly, insulated box with the perfect amount of dry ice to keep your seafood frozen until the end of your scheduled delivery day.
Why a membership?
Members save 5% or more on their seafood plus get early access to new products. Membership also allows our farmers to plan their harvests more effectively, promoting a focus on quality and ecosystem health. Being a member is placing a vote (with your fork and your $) for a better safood supply chain so that we can live a happier, healthier tomorrow.
Why choose farmed instead of wild-caught?
Farming allows for controlled inputs. We believe that clean water and clean feed make for clean fish that is rich in omegas, nutrients, and mercury safe and free from detectable microplastics.
