By default, all Seatopia orders ship on Tuesday or Wednesdays. Orders placed before Monday at 8am PST will ship Tuesday. Any orders placed before 8pm PST on Tuesday will ship Wednesday.
Shipments can be rescheduled for a future week, but any and all order change requests need to be received by 8pm PST on Monday.
Order change requests received on the day of shipping cannot be accommodated.
When ready to ship, UPS Priority tracking information will be sent via email (and or SMS) with tentative delivery on Wednesday or Thursday (generally before 1PM). As always, UPS provides live tracking information with an approximate delivery window but there is no exact time slot. Delivery is not guaranteed for an exact day of the week.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately at nemo@seatopia.fish.
- Please inspect your package immediately or at least within 90 mins of delivery. We guarantee your order arrives frozen. If not, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photo and video of the product and included TempDot Thermometer time stamped within 90 mins of tracking delivery time.
- We will not assume any responsibility for any seafood that becomes unusable because of failure to follow instructions (in the package or on our website) by the recipient, or orders that were abandoned.
- Seatopia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered.
- Please note that we will not assume responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete addresses provided to us.
- We are unable to replace items due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery. Our boxes are clearly marked “perishable” on the outside, and we are not responsible for boxes left unattended after tracking has documented them as delivered.
- We do not require a signature for delivery.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We currently ship nation wide in the United States with the exception of Alaska, and Guam or Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally.
Dry Ice
Your Seatopia seafood box will arrive frozen in a box containing dry ice. Please handle dry ice with thick gloves, towel, or oven mitts. It can cause serious injury if touched with bare hands or skin. Do not eat or consume dry ice. To dispose of the dry ice safely, allow it to evaporate inside an open container away from the reach of children and pets.
Please defrost the seafood in the refrigerator for approximately 8 hours before preparing. After seafood is defrosted, we do not recommend refreezing. Consume seafood in 1-2 days after fully thawed.
