Cooking New Zealand King Salmon
I don't know which I like better: the slightly more "meaty" Big Glory or the melt in your mouth Ora salmon. But I will say I have not found any better fish on the market with its level of purity for heavy metals. I am a repeat customer and Seatopia is the company I return to again and again. Oh and the scallops and Tiger Shrimp are equally as delicious, consistant in quality and fresh, fresh, fresh

So far of the quality of the fish has been good, but it would be a 5 star for sure if the fish were descaled.
Better than any meal we have ever eaten at home and far better than most restaurants save for maybe one Omkase experience in Japan. Mind blown we can get this quality of fish at home and know that everything is clean, mercury safe and free of microplastics! Thank you!
