Which in turn means that we usually do not need debugging agents at our facilities. That is great for the fjord, the fish and you. Since NordicBlu Salmon fillets are sushi grade, they are excellent for raw or lightly cured utilization. The raw flesh is almost translucent making for stunning sashimi, Crudo, and lightly cured applications.
