Myself, my wife and my twin sons got a shipment of this trout from Seatopia - and not only was it luscious, beautiful, tender flesh with an incredible flavor, but it was so, so easy to work wonders with it: I literally just drenched it in olive oil, salted the exterior, added a few fresh herbs to the interior, and baked for 20 minutes…you have to add this trout to your bucket list!
My daughter and I cooked these whole trout for lunch. Such a joy to teach her about respecting animals and acknowledging that the seafood we eat is a real fish with a head, eyes, bone, fins etc. Thank you Seatopia and Smoke in Chimneys for this delicious learning opportunity.
