The fish we receive from Seatopia is always hearty, flavorful and delicious. The quality of the seafood cannot be topped. It arrives professionally packed with dry ice and always arrives frozen. Eating seafood from Seatopia has changed our lives for the better. We also feel better knowing we are supporting better practices in the world of aquaculture.
I have been a Seatopia customer now for 6 months. 5 out of 6 of my orders have had an issue due to UPS failing to deliver on time. We are glad to hear that you have been enjoying our Fish & Shellfish Variety Box. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by UPS, but we want to assure you that we have taken steps to improve our shipping process. We have moved our business to Fedex for two reasons. Firstly, we have opened a fulfillment center in New Jersey to offer lower shipping rates. Secondly, we hope this change will reduce the chances of orders arriving defrosted.
