Order cutoff for each week is Sunday night. We pack and ship outstanding orders Monday through Wednesday, with delivery generally to be expected on Wednesday through Friday. When your order is ready to ship, UPS tracking information will be sent via email (and or SMS) with a tentative delivery ETA.
*UPS will provide live tracking information with an approximate delivery window but there is no exact time slot.

Wow! First, when I took the steelhead loin out of the packaging, after defrosting it in the refrigerator, it had no fishy smell whatsoever. I felt clean and incredibly fresh.
I cooked the whole loin with simple seasoning and lemon olive oil, sliced lemons and limes at 350 and it was so tender, flavorful, and delicious. In other words, there was nowhere to hide if it hadn’t been top quality. Will DEFINITELY have in my regular subscription order<3

Once upon a time Ora King was our favorite. Then Seatopia introduced us to Big Glory Bay which is even fattier and clearly more boutique. How could it get any better. Then Seatopia gave us Mt Cook which combined the best of both with firmer texture and bite. I dont know how, but this Steelhead is now the top of the food chain for us in terms of flavor, texture and presentation. Micro algae and insects for the win I guess.
