Citrus-Cured Atlantic Salmon Carpaccio
Atlantic salmon meets the vibrant alchemy of the sun in this striking carpaccio. Every slice delivers a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture of perfection, balanced by hand-squeezed citrus and the delicate pop of salmon caviar.
Ingredients

1 package Seatopia Atlantic Salmon, thawed

1–2 tbsp salmon caviar

2 oranges (1 segmented, 1 juiced)

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp honey (optional)

1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped

Fresh dill sprigs

Flaky sea salt

Freshly cracked black pepper

Edible flowers for garnish
Directions
Prepare the Salmon

1.Remove the Atlantic salmon from the packaging and pat dry. Slice into thin, even pieces and arrange on a chilled serving platter.
Make the Citrus Dressing

2.Whisk together the fresh orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, honey (if using), a pinch of flaky sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Dish

3.Arrange the fresh orange segments between the salmon slices. Spoon the citrus dressing evenly over the salmon and oranges.
Garnish

4.Sprinkle with chopped chives, add fresh dill sprigs, small spoonfuls of salmon caviar, and edible flowers. Finish with a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
