2 Branzino fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 green tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- 2 jalapeños, stemmed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 head butter lettuce, torn into pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Yuzu Juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Directions
For the Tomatillo Salsa:

Add the tomatillos, jalapeños, onion, garlic, ground coriander, salt, olive oil, and cilantro into a blender. Blend the mixture until it is semi-smooth. Reserve the salsa.
For the Broiled Branzino:

Set the broiler to high. Place the Branzino fillets on a wire rack. Brush the fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Place the Branzino under the broiler for two minutes, or until the skin is blistered.

Check internal temperature to be above 145 °F

Make a quick butter lettuce salad dressed with apple cider vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice
For the Serving
