Topping Inspiration
Classic Comfort: Cheddar cheese, grilled onions, and stone ground mustard
Elevated Indulgence: Seatopia Yarra Valley salmon roe, crème fraîche, and fresh dill

Buns of choice

Yarra Valley salmon roe

Crème Fraîche

Cheddar Cheese

Stone-Ground Mustard
Directions
Step 1:

Preheat grill to medium-high. Once hot, grill Trout Dogs for 1½–2 minutes per side, until lightly charred. Toast the buns on the grill. In a pan, sauté onions until translucent.
Step 2:

Place Trout Dogs in buns and top as desired. For one, add sautéed onions, sliced cheddar, and stone-ground mustard. For the other, add Seatopia Yarra Valley salmon roe, crème fraîche, and fresh dill.
