Vanessa's Blood Orange Branzino Crudo
A gorgeous Blood Orange Branzino Crudo that captured the essence of vibrational nutrition - clean, minimal, and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients

Seatopia Branzino

1 blood orange
-
Lemon zest
-
Black sesame seeds
-
1–2 tbsp yuzu soy sauce

Fennel fronds
Directions

1.
Thaw Branzino by removing it from the package, gently wrapping in a high-quality paper towel, and placing it on a plate or sheet pan in the fridge ~24 hours before use.

With a sharp knife, thinly slice the branzino and arrange on a serving platter.

Lightly drizzle with yuzu soy sauce (a spritzer works great!).

4.
Squeeze fresh blood orange juice over the top.

Sprinkle black sesame seeds.

Shave lemon zest and finish with fennel fronds or preferred herbs.

Savor and enjoy immediately!
