This vibrant, refreshing dish features Seatopia’s cold smoked Steelhead wrapped in crisp organic veggies and spring roll wrappers, paired with a superfood honey-tahini dipping sauce. The sauce blends tahini, tamari, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, honey, and salt, topped with bee pollen for a superfood finish. Fresh rolls are assembled with softened wrappers, lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, carrots, and steelhead, then rolled tight and sliced. Perfect for a light, protein-rich, ocean-conscious meal. Vera microplastic-free salt (to taste)

1 scoop organic tahini

2 scoops organic rice vinegar

2 scoops organic tamari

1 scoop organic sesame oil

- Optional: ½ glass water (to thin sauce)

Directions
For the Dipping Sauce:

Add to a food processor: 1 large scoop organic tahini, 2 scoops of organic rice vinegar, 2 scoops of organic tamari, 1 scoop of BeeKeeper’s Natural Superfood Honey, 1 scoop of organic sesame oil, 2 garlic cloves

Sprinkle Vera microplastic-free salt to taste. Optional: Add up to half a glass of water to adjust thickness.

Blend until creamy and smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with BeeKeeper’s bee pollen.
Fresh Rolls

Fill a shallow plate with warm water and dip one spring roll wrapper until softened.

Gently lay the wrapper flat on a wooden board or clean surface.

Layer the center with your choice of sliced veggies — we used lettuce, purple cabbage, cucumber, and carrots.

Add a couple generous strips of Seatopia’s cold smoked Steelhead.

Fold in the sides and then roll tightly like a burrito.
Plating

Slice each roll in half on a diagonal. Serve with the tahini honey dipping sauce. Dip, bite, and enjoy a refreshing, protein-rich, ocean-conscious dish!
