Sushi Hand Rolls Made Easy
Elevate your sushi skills with these delicious certified-clean hand rolls. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for your next gathering with family and friends.

Salmon Roe Caviar (optional & highly recommended)

2 Cups of Sushi Rice (Nishiki or similar)

1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar

1/2 Tablespoon Salt

2 Tablespoons Mirin

Sashimi Starter Kit

6 sheets of Nori (toasted seaweed)

Avocado (thinly sliced)

Directions

Prepare the Sushi Rice: Rinse the rice 3x until the water runs clear. Cook it in your favorite rice cooker. When the rice is warm season it with the vinegar, salt, and mirin.
The Slice

Using a sharp knife, cut Seatopia fish into sashimi-style strips, about ½-inch thick.
Set up your station

Lay out nori sheets, rice bowl, seafood, and fillings. Keep a small bowl of water nearby to prevent rice from sticking to your hand
Assemble the hand roll

Place half a sheet of nori shiny side down in your hand. Add ~2 Tbsp of rice in the left corner, gently pressing it down. Layer with fish first.

Add avocado

Roll the nori into a cone shape, sealing the edge with a dab of rice.

Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds
