Honey Baked King Salmon
What makes Honey Baked Salmon so special?

Ingredients

2 Portions of Seatopia King Salmon

2 tbsp. of Yuzu Lemon Juice

2 oz. of Grass Fed Butter of Ghee
-
1 tbsp. of Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil
-
Microplastic-free Salt to taste

1 tbsp. of Raw Organic Honey

1/4 cup of parsley

1 garlic clove
Directions

1.
After properly defrosting, thoroughly dry salmon with Tuna Paper or paper towels.

Pour Olive Oil into a heated pan

Start searing the salmon from the flat side

Flip the salmon once it gets a clean sear

Throw 2 oz. of butter, and pour chopped garlic with lemon juice into the pan.

Bake it in the oven at 400 F° until fully cooked for a few minutes

Garnish with a tbsp. of honey, chopped fresh parsley, and a tsp. of lemon juice.
