Seatopia King Salmon Poke Bowl
Poke originated in Hawaii and is most commonly made with tuna. Sadly, certified clean sushi-grade tuna is almost impossible to source due to microplastics and Mercury so today, we're fulfilling our poke craving and making it with Seatopia King Salmon.
Raw fish can be intimidating for the baby chef but it truly couldn’t be easier. All you need is high quality, sushi-grade fish and the flavour should speak for itself! Mix and match your own toppings based on what’s in season. Enjoy!
