Grilled Whole Rainbow Trout
Trout is delicate with a mild clean flavor and nutty, buttery notes which makes it the perfect canvas. Smoke in Chimneys spring-raised trout is on the menu at some of the East Coast's most distinguished restaurants - including multiple Michelin Star locations.

Smoke in Chimneys Whole Trout

Olive Oil
 - 
                
Certified Microplastic Free Sea Salt
 - 
Herbs of your choice (sage, rosemary, other)

Lemon
 
Directions

                      1.
Defrost the fish overnight. Remove the fish from the bag and wrap in paper towel in your refrigerator.

Heat the grill until it’s red hot! Coat your fish with oil, add salt and pepper to taste, and gently stuff a few of your favorite herbs into the belly.

Grill the fish for 5 minutes a side. Gently turn the fish when the skin is nice and crispy.

Remove the fish from the grill and add lemon to taste. Gently remove the bones, grab a fork and some friends and enjoy!
