Ingredients

1 package New York Steelhead Pastrami Steelhead, thinly sliced

1 cup whipped cream cheese

2 tbsp capers, drained

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Flaky sea salt

Freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
Prepare the Ingredients

1.Remove the steelhead from the packaging and pat dry if needed. Drain the capers and transfer the whipped cream cheese to a serving bowl.
Season the Cream Cheese

2.Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of flaky sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper. Spoon over the whipped cream cheese and gently swirl to combine.
Assemble the Dish
