Based on those estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct. Order cutoff for each week is Sunday night. We pack and ship outstanding orders Monday through Wednesday, with delivery generally to be expected on Wednesday through Friday. When your order is ready to ship, UPS tracking information will be sent via email (and or SMS) with a tentative delivery ETA.

*UPS will provide live tracking information with an approximate delivery window but there is no exact time slot.

Mixed experience

The box had a few nice items, and a few that we won't end up using. Would be nice for Seatopia to allow customization and selection of items in their mixed boxes in the same manner that other subscriptions do.

Thank you for the feedback! Quick answer. Yes, you are able to curate a box.

We are essentially a farmers market for artisanal aquaculture. In that sense, our Seatopia curated boxes are like a CSA box. We offer these as a way to highlight what is seasonally available, and introduce our members to new seafood and farm partners they might be interested in.

The best way to build a custom box is through selecting one of our base boxes, and then adding on other items. If you'd like to remove something, you can build a totally custom box with whatever you like by choosing each items via 'Build a Custom Box' option. Here is a web address to find that option: https://seatopia.fish/collections/add-ons

If you are a subscriber, you can use your portal and select Manage Account. If not, you can place an order through the build your own box page on our website. Please let us know if you have any issues or questions and we're happy to help on our end.

A great mixed bag!

First package and loved it! VERY fresh fish and seafood. The Baramundi was extremely delicious and fresh and did not smell at all. The salmon has been very fresh as well. Really enjoying this seafood delivery. Definitely recommend Seatopia. I really like that they test for mercury and it is sustainably sourced. It took me a while to make the decision and i am very glad i did.
