Add 2 tbsp oil to a small pan and bring to high heat. place salmon, skin side up, onto pan. sear for 1-2 minutes, then place lid over pan and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Take Ora King Salmon off heat and place on separate plate.
In a large pan, add butter and let it melt.
once butter has melted, add coconut milk and cassava flour to pan and whisk together until there are no lumps. bring to a simmer.
Add lemon juice to coconut mixture and mix together. simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add salmon filet to the pan and coat it with coconut mixture.
Place lemon slices on top of salmon and sprinkle sesame seeds (optional).
