Prepare the cherry tomato salad: In a medium bowl, halve 10 red and yellow cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice half a red onion and add it to the bowl. Toss in a handful of crispy croutons, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar, and season with microplastic-free salt.
